Our bodies are made up of seven main energy centers called chakras. Chakra means "wheel" in Sanskrit. So chakras are wheels of energy. When chakras become unbalanced or blocked, we may experience physical or emotional symptoms. For example, pain, anxiety, insomnia, etc. Energy work such as Reiki or crystal sessions can assist in keeping your chakras balanced and promote healing, stress reduction, relaxation and harmony.
Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique first popularized by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. The name Reiki is broken up into two parts, “rei” which means universal and “ki” which means life force energy, So Reiki translates into universal life force energy. This powerful technique utilizes "laying on hands." The reiki practitioner lays hands on the recipient in a prescribed set of hand positions and acts as a channel for healing energy to flow into the client’s energy field.
Crystal Healing
Crystal healing is a holistic, vibrational energy based healing using the frequencies of specific crystals placed on or near the body. The crystals help restore the body's natural equilibrium and harmony.
